故事標題:The Blind Man and the Apple

Once upon a time, there was a blind man who lived in a small village. He depended on the help of others to navigate his daily life, and he had a faithful dog named Spot who would always lead him around. One day, the blind man decided to take a walk in the forest nearby.

He reached the edge of the forest and was about to take a step forward when he felt a hard object sticking in his foot. "Ah, an acorn," he thought, and kept walking. A few minutes later, he suddenly felt a sharp pain in his hand. "Oh no, an arrow!" he exclaimed.

As he reached his village, he found a group of villagers waiting for him, their faces full of concern. "We were worried about you," they said. "We heard an arrow was stuck in you."

The blind man explained what had happened and everyone looked at each other in amazement. They knew that no one from the village was able to shoot arrows, let alone find them.

Suddenly, Spot noticed a tree branch that had fallen and lay hidden under the forest debris. The blind man gently touched it and found that it was covered with bruises. There were no bruises on the other objects that he had encountered, which made it clear that the cause of the arrow was indeed a bruised apple.

Everyone was amazed by this discovery and realized that even though the blind man could not see, his faithful dog Spot had led him to the source of the arrow. They also realized that even though they were blind to certain things in life, they could still rely on their instincts and intuition to guide them.

From then on, they all knew to be more attentive and pay attention to what was around them. The blind man could still rely on his other senses to navigate his life and protect himself.

Summary: In this story, we see that blindness does not mean powerlessness. Instead, it can bring us closer to our intuition and instincts, helping us navigate our lives with more awareness and care.
