直到才的英文句型

not until

「直到才」的英文表達是「not until」，其經典結構是與「it was」搭配，即「it was not until.... that 從句」。例如，「It was not until midnight that it stopped raining.」（直到半夜雨才停下來）。

「not until」也可以單獨使用，例如，「She didn』t go to bed until eleven o』clock.」（她直到11點才上床睡覺）。

在倒裝句中，「not until」引導的句子要倒裝，例如，「Not until they pointed out my fault to me did I realize it.」（直到他們指出了我的錯誤，我才意識到）。
