My Friend
I have a good friend named Shan Fulin. He is a very lovely and kind person, and always ready to help others. One time, when I was going home with Shan Fulin, we saw an old lady struggling with two bags and walking breathlessly. She stopped in her tracks, seemingly unable to move forward. I kept walking as if I hadn't noticed her. At this point, Shan Fulin stopped and rushed towards the old lady with great haste, saying, "Grandma, let me help you!" He took one of the bags and walked on. Seeing the old woman's wrinkled face and her smiling like a chrysanthemum, I felt ashamed that I hadn't helped. I quickly joined her and said, "Grandma, let me help you too!" Before the old woman could respond, I picked up the other bag and ran on.
This incident taught me the importance of helping those in need. Shan Fulin's actions inspired me to be more helpful and kind to others. He is truly a friend worth learning from.
