虎姑婆的故事英文版

以下是一篇虎姑婆的故事英文版:

Once upon a time, there was a fierce tiger who lived alone in the forest. She was a fearsome creature, with sharp claws and a menacing growl that could make even the bravest of animals tremble. But what made her truly feared was her reputation for being a witch. She was known to turn children into animals, and many families in the area were afraid of her.

One day, a little girl named Lily was walking through the forest when she came across a cave. Curious, she decided to explore it and found herself face-to-face with the tiger. She was so frightened that she fell to her knees and began to pray. But to her surprise, the tiger turned into a kind old lady with a gentle smile.

"Don't be afraid, Lily," said the witch. "I'm not what they say I am. I'm just a lonely old lady who likes to watch over the forest and help those who need it."

Lily soon realized that the witch was not at all as she had imagined. She became a friend to Lily and other children in the area, and taught them valuable lessons about being kind to others and working together. But there were still those who were afraid of her and would try to scare her away from their homes.

One day, a group of children came to Lily's house and told her that they had heard a terrible rumor about her "witch." They said that she was trying to turn them into animals and that they had to leave immediately. Lily knew that she couldn't change their minds, so she decided to go away for a while and leave them alone.

As she walked away, she turned back and said, "I'm sorry if I've caused you any trouble. But remember, I'm just a lonely old lady who wants to help you all."

Days later, Lily returned home and found that the children had all gathered around her. They had been waiting for her and were eager to tell her that they had changed their minds about her "witch." They had realized that she was just trying to help them and make them stronger.

"We were wrong," they said. "You're not a witch at all. You're just a kind old lady who deserves our respect and gratitude."

From then on, Lily and the children became good friends and the story of their encounter with the "witch" spread throughout the forest, teaching everyone that we should always be kind to others and work together for the better good.
